Step 1: If you come across entries that have been duplicated (for example that there is more than one entry number for the same student entered into the same classification), make note of both entry numbers.
Step 2: Complete all the necessary steps for editing or marking region results for only one entry number.

Step 3: Make note of the unchanged entry number.
Step 4: Contact support and submit a ticket with the duplicate entry number to which you did not make any changes.
Step 5: Our support team will delete the duplicate entry and report back to you when the task has been completed.
Step 6: Please be consistent with your changes and markings to prevent future confusion.
