Step 1: Use the download link provided to you to download a comma separated values (CSV) list of all entries in your region. 
This download file reflects the most up-to-date information input into region edit, advancement and place pages. This file can be open with many spreadsheet applications including Excel and Google Sheets.

Step 2: The data provided as part of the download can be used to create any reports needed for your region.
